Sponsorship Opportunities
The Emerging Leaders Alliance welcomes the participation of companies and organizations from a variety of engineering and science related disciplines. We encourage you to send several attendees and offer discounted packages through Conference Sponsorships. If your organization would like to place your name and logo one or more components of the annual conference, we have opportunities available that may be just right for you:
Partner – $5,800
As an Emerging Leaders Alliance Partner, your organization or company receives up to
seven (7) registrations for the conference.
Your company logo will be on the ELA website and other promotional
materials, conference signage, and training materials. Partners participate in developing conference
content, onsite logistics, and receive 80% of revenue from sales of the ELA On
Demand to their members. Depending on the number of additional ELA
Partners in 2012, each partner may receive a monetary rebate (based on a
sliding scale) following the conference.
Gold Sponsor – $4,000
As a Gold conference sponsor, your company is invited to send
up to five (5) participants to the conference (a nearly 50% discount off the
$1,500 price). Your company logo will be
on the ELA website and other promotional materials and signage.
Silver Sponsor – $3,000
As a Silver conference sponsor, your company is invited to send
three (3) participants to the conference (a 33% discount off the $1,500 price).
Your company logo will be on the ELA website and other promotional materials
and signage.
Luncheon Sponsor (exclusive) – $2,000
As exclusive sponsor of one of the
two luncheons, your company logo will be on the ELA website and other
promotional materials, as well as at the luncheon. Your company is invited to have a
representative participate in the conference program.
Reception Sponsor – $1,000
As sponsor of one of the two
receptions, your company’s name/logo will be on signage at the reception, and
in conference materials. Opportunities
are available to sponsor the Networking Reception.
